With this salmon board you can prepare a delicious fish in the traditional way.
All you have to do is attach the fish to the wooden board with the stainless steel clamps. Then attach the salmon board to the edge of the barbecue or fire bowl using the holders. You can fix the holder at different levels, so that you have the perfect distance from the fire.
