This functional lid should of course not be missing from a Bonumeur BBQ. The small lid only fits over the inside of the baking tray.
The lid can be practical to close the Bonumeur with a lid after use. The fire will extinguish more quickly due to a lack of oxygen and rainwater will not have a chance.
The lid is made of corten steel and finished with a wooden knob.
